Even before it opened, exactly one year ago, The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts has been a modern iconic landmark for Kansas City.
I finally got to see it from the inside, at the monthly PRSA luncheon today.
This state-of-the-art 1,800-seat proscenium theatre is just one of its performing halls. It's practically a crime to show these pics from my old, low-res Blackberry, but thank you Kristin for the awesome tour! I can't wait to go back and see a show.
